Fitness Training Functionally Designed For The College Soccer Player!

Our program is designed to improve 4 areas of fitness: Speed, Agility, Endurance, and Overall Body Strength. Through the use of proper mechanics and technique combined with a periodized schedule, we aim to reduce the risk of injury while maximizing performance in our summer fitness program. Each student will perform various base line tests during their first week of class to gauge their specific strengths and weaknesses. On the final week of the program each student will be retested to show signs of improvement!
