Fitness Training Functionally Designed For ALL Athletes!
Our program is designed to improve 4 areas of fitness: Speed, Agility, Endurance, and Overall Body Strength. Through the use of proper mechanics and technique combined with a periodized schedule, we aim to reduce the risk of injury while maximizing performance in our fall fitness program. Each student will perform various base line tests during their first week of class to gauge their specific strengths and weaknesses. On the 8th week of the program each student will be retested to show signs of improvement!
Spring Fitness Classes
- FIT SPEED RUN - This class is designed to emphasize speed, agility, and endurance. Be prepared to run and sweat!
- FIT POWER STRENGTH - This class is designed to emphasize strength and conditioning. This class has it all: plyometrics, weighted exercises, resistance training, interval training, and body weighted exercises to make you feel the burn.
- FIT CORE FLEX - This class is designed to emphasize core strength, balance and flexibility. Form yoga to surfing, we draw upon multiple disciplines to create a dynamic, fun, and challenging class.
